Welcome to Sound and Music Academy (SAMA). By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

1. General Overview

 

Sound and Music Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides music, dance, and performing arts education through online and in-person classes. These Terms govern your use of our website, courses, programs, and all related services.

 

 

2. Enrollment & Course Access

 

  • Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as per the chosen plan.

  • Students must provide accurate personal information during registration.

  • Access to classes, LMS, study materials, and digital resources is granted only to the enrolled student and cannot be shared.

  • Class schedules may be updated occasionally; students will be notified in advance.

 

 

3. Class Attendance & Conduct

 

  • Students are expected to attend classes on time and follow the guidelines shared by instructors.

  • Disruptive behavior, misconduct, or disrespect toward faculty or peers may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.

  • Missed classes may not always be rescheduled; makeup classes are subject to trainer availability.

 

 

4. Use of Study Material

 

  • All course content—including videos, worksheets, audio files, and lesson plans—belongs to SAMA.

  • Students may not copy, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

  • Recording of classes (audio/video) is strictly prohibited unless explicitly allowed.

 

 

5. Fees & Payment

 

  • Fees must be paid according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual).

  • Late payments may result in temporary suspension of class access.

  • Any applicable taxes will be added to the fee structure.

 

 

6. Refund Policy

 

We aim to offer the best learning experience. However, if you feel the program is not suitable, refunds can be considered on a case-to-case basis.

Refund approvals depend on factors such as:

 

  • Number of classes attended

  • Reason for dissatisfaction

  • Program duration and structure

  • Any administrative or onboarding costs already incurred

7. Program Changes & Cancellations

 

  • SAMA reserves the right to modify course content, faculty assignments, class formats, or schedules.

  • If a class is cancelled by us, a makeup class or suitable alternative will be offered.

  • Long-term program changes will be communicated to students in advance.

 

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

 

  • We collect only necessary information to manage student accounts, communication, and learning progress.

  • Personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where legally required.

  • By enrolling, you agree to receive class updates, reminders, and academy announcements via email or WhatsApp.

 

 

9. Website Usage

 

  • Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt platform functionality.

  • All images, graphics, and content displayed on the website are owned or licensed by SAMA.

 

 

10. Liability Disclaimer

 

  • SAMA is not responsible for injuries, technical issues, or device failures that occur during online or in-person sessions.

  • Students must ensure they follow safe practices, especially during dance, percussion, and instrumental sessions.
